What does "UPOCC LUX-FEP" stand for?

Now I get this much: UPOCC stands for Ultra-pure Ohno Continuous Casting and FEP is Fluorinated ethylene propylene. So what is LUX?

I was curious myself.  I think it's just a brand name, not referring to the chemical composition of the wire.  FEP would be the teflon formulation of the jacket.
