Now I use Oritek audio OMZ V4.2 Dac and looking for new dac to upgrade my system.How about Dac3 and grace? what does I choose.

if you can afford a bit more. it DOES NOT get any better than WEISS when it comes to converters.

Why do you want a new DAC? What do you like about what you have? What do you need from your new source? What amp will you be pairing it with? Feeding it with computer or transport? Why did you choose these two DACs?

Yes, I did this too, and I took the extra money and heavily modded it at RAM with the mod there and added two audiocom clocks, an ultraclock to the upsampling and a Superclock with a separate Superclock psu to the USB section. It's amazing.

Edit--I had heard one with just this mod and one Superclock on the upsample section at a meet and went "aah haa" that is it. It beat out other highend systems so I did it in spades-upgrading the upgrade.

Lots of good DACs out there. I recommend expanding the list.

I compared the Oritek V4.1 to the DAC1 and prefered the Oritek. I then replaced the Oritek with a Monarchy Audio NM24 and I am very happy w/ the decission.
