I know, but I thought Sennheiser had a strict and rigid price regime for retailers. I guess I was mistaken.

Those rules generally apply to advertised pricing.  Price paid is up to the reseller.

Right, those rules apply to the advertised price or msrp. If the retailer wants to charge more, then that's something different.
