i don't go to a gym, i run outdoors, and for that, i take an ipod shuffle and senn px100s. if i had to go to a gym, i'd swap out the px100s for some px200s to avoid being too annoying.

for running, i'm happy with my rig: cheap (relatively

I use a pair of UE metrofi 100's. They have the cloth cables, I've had it for like 2 months and the joint between the headphone jack and the cable has started to loosen. When u move and twist it the sound goes off. Not sure if its my training (gym + cardio), or how its made. The exact same problem happened to my Creative ep-630.
