I'd say language, followed closely by science.

1) The set of technologies related to electricity: generation, storage, distribution, transformation, storage, and utilization of electrical energy. I think that's one of the most important aspects of modern human civilization.

2) Integrated circuits and Computers.

3) The Internet.

The concept of "art." You can probably take a dump on a canvas (and there are artists who have) and call it art, and probably sell it for an egregious price.

As far as true inventions (so I'm omitting language, agriculture, math, fire, etc) my vote goes to the clock (sundial.)
