Didn't like it. I ordered the Atrios last summer and they kept me waiting more that 2 weeks 'cause according to them "they were waiting for my credit card bank approval". Weird. 1st time I've experienced something like that on a website.

Won't be buying for them that's for sure.

As with a few above me..I have ordered a ton of tips from them and they are fantastic. Even had to cancel an order once and they promptly did that. I always went with the cheapest shipping and had them with in a week. I would not hesitate to order anything from them..(within reason). Point being I would be nervous ordering anything that expensive from anywhere. Even highly reputable dealers like earphonesolutions.

I am currently in the process of ordering the ES3X from them. Sent my impressions in a few days ago. Previously, I had ordered a custom tip for my Shure SE530 and everything went very smoothly. Good service all around.

For 200 more you could get some UE customs. I don't know if they are worth getting over W3 customs but you might want to look into it.

Hey pila405, perhaps if you order directly from Westone, you'll get more peace of mind. I think, in your case - you seem very anxious about scams and online shopping - it might be a good idea, even if you have to pay an extra $50 for your ES3X. Remember that Westone's Customer Service is fantastic. Just a suggestion.

i asked westone about it, and they said that i will have to do thorugh authorised reseller....i realy dont know why...
