price range would be around £150 - 200. Generally listen to Jazz, easy-listening, and classic. Thanks a lot.

Hi burrough
I'm using Flacs ripped with EAC through foobar2000 with kernal streaming to an M-Audio Audiophile 192 to a G&W TJ1 amp to 650's and it sounds absolutely superb.
I bought the G&W from ebay new for £100. A headsave classic 2nd hand would also be a good option if you can find one, or a Rega ear works well with the 650's...I think they are £120-£150 new but quite often go for £60-£80 on ebay. I would also say an ANT amber but I'm not sure what Alex is selling them for so it might not be within you budget.

anyway, in that price range, here are some amps that leap to mind immediately:

solid state:
headsave classic
pimeta
rega ear
creek obh-11
headroom airhead
headroom little
headroom coda

tubed:
wooaudio3
ear+ purist (kit)

do a search on any of the names listed above, i'm sure you'll be well served by the archives.
