What did you listen to last night?

creepy... also "blue", a couple of times for a friend who's never heard it. threw in "court and spark" and "ladies of the canyon".

we also listened to some cheesy jazz standards that could pass for elevator music, i tuned it out.

it was a joni mitchell kind of night, so therefore it was a great night

Well, I litened to/watched Later with Jools Holland and he had Gomez & the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion performing, along with a few other I wasn't so interested in, which was nice.

Then I listened to Gomez - 'In Our Gun' as I've had it since it was released, but haven't listened to it as much as I would have liked.

well I was up all night so I listened to lots of music, most notable,

Coltrane-My favorite things
Miles-Live from the Plugged Nickel
Ella-a few complete recordings
Cassandra Wilson-Blue light til dawn
RY Cooder-Crossroads soundtrack
BB King-Live from Cook County Jail
Stevie Wonder-Music of My Mind
and wound down a little with a few recordings by Nina Simone.My wife stayed up with me for a while but she bonked out at about 3:00 am.
