What Custom Earphone is right for me?

thanks to all for your input. Ive been looking around and ive come across Fidelity earphones, which sell a pair of dual-driver customs for $259 i believe. And after impressions, i would be set back about $320, which is right in my price range. Anyone own a pair or read a positive review on these? And yes i will definitely consider a pair of universal fit earphones simply because im still growing pretty rapidly.

At $300 though, it's mostly going to be double speaker customs versus 3 speaker universals.  It depends on the person but a lot of people can get very good seals with universals too.  On something like the triple.fi 10 though, you could definitely see where customs would get you a much better seal/fit.  If these are your first pair of good headphones, it might also be a hassle getting your customs refitted or reshelled if they don't fit properly, which is not uncommon at all.  You might not even know that they don't fit properly.
Something you can try doing is getting headphones such as the triple.fi 10 reshelled.  I got a pair used for 120 and am now in the process of reshelling with fischer hearing, which is 80+25 for artwork.  I managed to get ear impressions at a local Sears hearing center for 20, and then I bought a Westone ES cable for 40.  I heard the Westone cable cleans up the bass and makes the mids a bit smoother, which is definitely good in my opinion.  I'd say that's be a pretty decent set of headphones for $265, although I've never used customs and can't really compare.
Because you're only 15 though, I thought the best route to go would be some top tier universals, and then in a year or two upgrading by getting reshells and more drivers once your ears have settled down a bit.

your ears never stop growing. I heard that customs will usually last teenagers for 1-2 years. plus, if you outgrow them, you can always get them reshelled for around $100

@Mythe- not exactly. Even a $300 custom will sound better than a $400-$500 universal because of driver placement

@Mythe - sounds like some really great advice to me. yes these will be my first actuall earphones (i currently own a pair of FMJ skullcandies (horrible choice on my part for the money i spent)) but i do have a pair of ATH M50's which still serve me well.  now im leaning more towards a sick pair of universals, which i will reshell later and possibly upgrade. ill look around for a couple pairs that peak my interest.
