Do you mean colour as in the equivalent to the SE846 filters? If you're looking to buy a replacement filter I don't think Shure sells the SE315 filters individually nor can you use the SE846 filters in them. However there are some Mouser filters you can buy but they're not the stock filters.

I mean the Knowles acoustic damper in the stem, not the 846 ones.

The E3 and SE310 use Green Knowles filters.
If you have problems finding them, The Etymotic ETY4 use the same, and Etymotic sells them on their site.
You also need their tool to extract the filters from the stem.
Filters are consumables, I have replaced a few over the years, especially after use in moist/hot environments.

No, sorry, have no idea about the SE315.
But since the E3, the SE310 and also the E4 use Green filters, chances are high the SE315 also use them.
Only my E5 use White filters, and the SE420 use Brown.
