Does anybody know what chips these are? They're inside a cheap USB sound card. Are they any good?

Lets see. An atmel 602 - google suggests its a serial EEPROM. the other is a cmedia cm108 which has a datasheet here other than that, its just your standard smd caps resistors and other things.

took me about 20 seconds...I got lots of practice looking up datasheets for obscure stuff, even if i have no clue how to actually read them ;p
