I just scored a brand new pair of UR40s from ebay for 11$ shipped. I guess it's good that many people dont know how good these koss products are.

So what can i expect from these cans? Do they sound similar to the ksc75?

All I can say is, I hope your head isn't too big. My UR40's just barely fit over my ears. They are very comfortable though. As far as sound, I would say they are closer to the KSC35 than the KSC75. They are a different version of Koss' 60ohm driver than any of their other phones. They sound good but are a little less detailed than either the 35 or 75 and have the 35's more laidback sound. Because the driver is further from your ear they also don't have as much bass as the 35/75. I also think the mids are less recessed than the 35/75.
