What can be done to my Grados in order to sit it better on my head???

I saw some around here have some sort of leather wrap on their headband, I am just wondering where do they get them.

It could be the glued on HD490 headband cushion you have seen. It's pleather and adds comfort. I can't find this headband pad for sale in the US, but the HD500 pads fits also, however there's a bulge in the middle of the pad. Like suggested, try bending it a bit. As well, try adding an HS580 headband cushion like me(click the sr-325 link in my sig for a pic).
