What BBE+ setting should I use on the Cowon J3 when using a balance type IEM?

I currently use the Sunrise Xcited IEM and have no amp. Most of my music is metal, rock, drum and bass, and post hardcore. Also if possible, I would like to know your own unique made BBE+ settings for a balance type headphone or IEM. Thank you.
