Other than the sound they produce, what are your favorite parts of a tube amp experience? Me, I love hearing them go 'ting ting' so quietly as they warm up.

The anticipation, the glow, the involvement…
The look, I mean some of the tube amps out there are really sexy, with some great looking tube like 300B, 211 or 845, it looks great with a dim light in the back ground, it sets up great atmosphere .

I’ve gotta go with the shimmering sound that my 300b’s make when I turn the amp on.
Copper is my favorite non-music element of a tube amp .....
I have to admit the look of the tubes sticking out of the top as well as the transformers, is what I like most other than sound. The visual aspect of the tubes sticking out the top and all lit up, looks like something out of a Sci-fi movie and I love it. I basically spend majority of my listening time staring at the amp and tubes in amazement.
The involvement is such a great aspect. Same reason I love vinyl, it makes listening less of a passive event and more like a little ritual
