Kind of enjoyed Dear Esther and Limbo as well.

I absolutely loved Limbo and Braid; definitely two of my favorite games of all time.
 
I'm surprised Kentucky Route Zero hasn't been getting more love.  I played through Act I a few weekends ago and I thought it was a beautiful game so far.

What no one is addressing the huge elephant in the room Minecraft come on it only has 9,703,863 players currently.  It and Machinarium, Treasure Adventure Game, Botanicula, I could name off some really obscure ones that are great but hardly any one out side of the hardcore indie gamer crowd knows about.
