Looks like an AKG (K451 range). Saw something similar as an included accessory in a Burmester equipped luxury Mercedes.

Well wrong, after a ton of search I found an article where hammond says what his favorite headphones are, and they actually happen to be the same ones in the video.
Those are Sennheiser MM450 Bluetooth with noise cancellation
