I am not sure what they are. They look like a pair of DT770 PRO with a mic.
Do these have the same quality as the Beyers?

They just look like DT770s, Superlux just copied the DT770's outer design.
I own the Superlux HD660, clamping is a little on the tight side.
Adding Beyerdynamic Velour ear pads ($35) really help with the comfort.

No,
 
They are not a Beyer at all.
 
And if you look at the FR graph they provide that should be a strong indicator that you probably don't want to touch it at all if you enjoy low frequencies (something the DT770 is good at, and this headphone apparently is not).
