Well I have had my HD580 for about 15 years and they still work perfectly and my HD600's are only a few (3 or 4) years newer than that.

vmoda m80. The only headphone in my collection that i'm okay with abusing. The case that they come with has never seen a second of use.

my audio technica a700s.you wouldn't think so maybe, but they're stalwart.

The HD580 / 600 / 650 are built to last, and more or less every part is user-replaceable.
Beyerdynamic DT880 is also built like a tank!
