I'm looking to get some new headphones, my price range is $100-150.
 
 
I will be using these for gaming/music on my desktop, laptop, and ipod.  I sometimes have long gaming sessions so them being comfortable would be nice.
 
 
Also, I'm looking to get a portable amp to use with my laptop and ipod.  From what I've see the FiiO E7 would be perfect for me, and I could later get the FiiO E9 to go with it for use on my desktop.  Any opinions?

I'd say my most listened to are Kanye West, Sufjan Stevens, and The Walkmen.

Whats the opinion on Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO?  These look hella comfortable and seem to be well received.

If you're not the kind of person to care about size of a portable, get them. You will need the E7 or other amp to use them though.

I wouldn't even recommend them for gaming, especially if they're "bass-enhanced" as these are.

The DT770 pro 80 is very sub bass heavy, so take that into account. The Creative Aurvana Live is another option, and cost less than your budget.
