What are some examples of "slow" headphones?

My understanding is that a slower headphone isn't automatically a bad headphone ... it's a matter of how the overall signature comes together.

That said, what are the headphones you consider to be relatively "slow", and what are some examples of slow & good?

If the driver is slow the effect is distortion during busy passages. It will sound congested like hearing underwater. If the driver is slow to come to a stop and responds slowly, there's nothing good compared to having notes finish clean.

Okay, then I'm pretty sure I've heard people use "slow" in a different sense ... certainly not to imply technically incompetent drivers.
