What are people doing for New Year's Eve?

At a remote restaurant/hotel in southern Tuscany, with my wife, sipping Brunello di Montalcino - Italy's grandest red wine.

I'll hopefully be spending the holiday with a significant other or some friends, but if that doesn't work then I'll end up at a family party, hanging out in a pack with my cousins.
