For under 300g, I already own HD6XX/600/560s and ATH-R70X. I also own Koss ESP950 because they are very light.
I have a weak neck so I am not even curious about headphones that are heavier than 300g/10oz.
Would you recommend any other headphones that are reasonable priced (under $1000 ideally), light but have great sound quality ? (except for Ether 2, which is 290g but too expensive at over $2k).
I prefer non-grainy treble (i.e. smooth treble) but otherwise I'm not super picky. Thanks.

Shure srh1840 and Shure srh1540 are fantastic for comfort wise. SRH1840 is openback and SRH1540 is closedback headphones. They are smooth but they have different charecteristics. Buy both. Enjoy.

Honestly your current stable contains everything I’d suggest for the price and weight range.

Kind of sad that I cannot try out higher end phones. (ETHER 2 being the only exception that I know of that are light). The heaviest I tried was Sundara which weighed about 375g and that was too heavy for me. I hope some day more companies make lighter high end headphones.

I will say that the hd800 feel really light on the head.

I have the exact same problem with you. Even headphones that distribute their weight evenly across my head thus creating absolutely no hot spot (e.g., HD800S, DT1770PRO) can ultimately make my neck really uncomfortable after a while.
Unfortunately neither HD660S nor R70X is my ideal sound signature, and there's hardly any other lightweight headphones of this class. AKG's do come to my mind, but I find them uncomfortable despite their weight.
My current temporary solution is to use SR80e as my daily phones (work & gaming), and switch to HE560V4 only for some serious listening session up to 1 hour.

I hear you... in a way this prompted me to try out some cheap headphones and that is how I discovered Koss KPH30i and Sony MDR-ZX110 both of which I really love not just for being feather-weight but for their sound.

AKG 712 Pro is certainly worth a look. I have several headphones and still use these on occasion. I have upgraded the pads with some sheepskin that improves the sound. Anyway, very light and great sound stage with the right front end. Also produces some very good music with otl tube amps.

Beyerdynamic amiron are close at about 330 grams. I did find the hd600 better, however. They’re overall more comfortable than the hd600 though.

I don't really know of any high-ish end (above $500) headphones with that light weight. However, you should try out some Beyerdynamic headphones. Most of the classic ones are under 300g (except the Tesla drivers, DT1990, T1, etc.) The DT880, DT990, TYGR 300R, all are around 290g. My pick is the TYGR 300R with some EQ, smoothest treble of the bunch. Also, in my recent listening tests, the 560S gets surprisingly close to the Elex if you are willing to use EQ to tame the 4-5kHz elevation and bump up the bass. I'm kind of blown away at the moment of how clean the 560S is, even though it is a little too bright for my tastes, EQ can fix that to some degree.
