What AMPs are needed to drive a 200ohm vs 600ohm Headphones?

How do I know that an amp is good enough to drive a 600 ohm headphones compared to let's say a 200 Ohm one?

You post (start a thread) that you are looking for a headphone amplifier to drive your 600-Ohm headphones (list model) and ask for recomandations.

i thought there is some sort of technical number I should be looking at. So for example ... a Sennheiser HD650 or something of that kind.
