Meier Jazz FF. Digital volume control with high and low gain modes. No need to get past 9:00 on the dial even if low gain (0dB) is relatively high for IEMs since it barely has any imbalance. Meier amps also have a very low noise floor.
Pair it with practically any DAC, like an ODAC2.
