I am currently using an older battery-powered amp, the trusty Meier Audio Porta Corda. The Meier has driven my Grados pretty well, but now I am looking around for a "budget" AC-powered amp to do them further justice...
I am running the Meier with internal switches set for "Class A" bias. Good sounding but I'm hoping to do better.
What is the best sounding, sub-$400, AC-powered amp that you've heard so far when driving your Grados?
