What a song this is.. wonderfull, does anyone know more music thats similar to this?

OK, so it's a slow guitar piece with a bit of jazzy-feeling percussion coming in near the end. Let's see...
 
What about some Michael Rother? Kolbe & Illenberger also are great.
Otherwise I'd suggest looking at the various usual suspects among "guitar heroes".

I'm not sure that I'm hearing what's special about this. Electric and acoustic guitar played together with an emphasis on melody makes me think of later Mike Oldfield: maybe try "Embers" from the Guitars album?
