I have an Onkyo TX-8255 receiver.  It's currently powering two Fluance SX-6 speakers nicely but I want to upgrade a bit.  Those speakers mentioned all sell between $250 and $300 a pair.  Any suggestions or recommendations?

I can vouch for the B6's, I cannot see how they get beaten for the price and I'm still using them for my HT setup. I've listened to the 3020's in an AV show environment, not ideal, but they didn't impress me all that much. 
 
I can't say much about the Wharfedales because I've not heard any at of them at all and that's probably because they aren't that popular around these parts.
 
Since it's been a while, you've probably made a purchase decision already?

I vouch for the Elacs too but mine is the B5. With small room they sound very good provided you have proper treatments.
