I've got a pair of Westone W4s that have the little red plastic filters in them - ear wax finally hit them, and the left channel doesn't sound as loud as the right at this point. I've removed the filters, but it they don't seem to hold up to removals too well. Where can I get replacements? I've read about Etymotic filters fitting Westone IEMs, but that seemed to apply to the UM series? Do I need to send these in to Westone?
