Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue as I am having now?

The internal cabling in the left earbud of my UM30s has become frayed and detached, therefore causing there to be no sound. There is a small bracket where the external cable attaches to the headphone, this seems to be loose and moving around. I noticed this when i first bought them but didn't think it would be an issue as I thought Westone would've tested this properly. I have a pair of UM3Xs which have lasted going on four years, so it is a shock to me that the UM30s only lasted five months, hardly what I would expect from such a high profile company!

Here is a video to illustrate the issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ydMf6Vs6OY&spfreload=10

Thanks!

Yeah i've emailed them about it to try and sort it out. I was just wondering if anyone else's headphones had the same problem.
