I dont know if this is new or anything but I cut the foam of the supplied Westone UM2 foamies and shoved the central part (the bit that connects the fomies to the earphones) straight into the E2c soft flex sleeve hole. The fit is perfect and I prefer them to the Etymotic biflanges method. I just this might be useful to anyone who had a set of old flex sleeves lying around and didnt want to blow some money on some new sleeves. Hope this helps anyone and forgive me if this is an old method
