This is the newest line from Westone set to launch in March and April of 2016. 
 
Essentially it is an ambient monitor based off of the UM Pro 10/20/30 where you get passive ambient noise with the frequency response of the UM Pro line. 
 
Now musicians can hear their monitor mix and connect with their environment around them and by controlling the volume in their mix they can control the amount of ambient sound. 
 
Interviews are starting to pop up online but I can tell you that this was a BIG hit at NAMM!

Well I image it allowing me to hear my girlfriend, dog, and any projectiles my gf may through at me to get my attention... so definitely could be a lifesaver.

Take cover! I suggest you use your dog...or some Beyers.  Those can survive just about anything.
