Hi All,
I've done some seaching on the various Westone threads, but I couldn't get a clear on answer on how the fit has changed going from 4R to the newer models. I recently lost my Westone 4r and I'm in the market for a new pair of iems. (also lost a pretty nice aftermarket plussound balanced cable...)
The westone 4r fit my ears perfectly with medium sized silicone tips. My only gripe with them was the lack of sub bass impact, which I know the W30 would improve as would the W40 to a lesser extent. However, my main question is how do they fit compared to the 4r? Is the housing larger on the W30 and W40?
Any feedback here is appreciated.
Thanks,
Shahram
