I've had these since release date and recently the silicon tips slide off by itself. It only stays in place if I push the tips in all the way and hold it for about a minute before letting go.

Anyone know what's causing this? Thanks

Have you tried replacing the tips with new ones? Old tips bend out of shape and become grimy.

I personally use the shure silicon triple flange tips and the shure olives. I noticed my old and grimy comply tips will get stuck in one ear when I pull them out.

i posted about my problems with comply tips slipping off of my westone 3 and possible solutions....it seems to be a problem with the nozzle size.....
