I bought a set of Westone 3s off eBay and there seems to be some attenuation/obstruction in the left channel.
With both tips inserted, it feels like the audio is off-centre and biased to the right channel. Listening to each tip individually, the volume in the left sounds lower and slightly muffled.
I have contacted Westone Customer Service looking for information on where I could get these serviced in the UK and have had no reply.
Does anyone here have any suggestions on where I could go to get this resolved or should I write them off?
Thanks,
Tom
