I bought a set of Westone 3s off eBay and there seems to be some attenuation/obstruction in the left channel.

With both tips inserted, it feels like the audio is off-centre and biased to the right channel.  Listening to each tip individually, the volume in the left sounds lower and slightly muffled.

I have contacted Westone Customer Service looking for information on where I could get these serviced in the UK and have had no reply.

Does anyone here have any suggestions on where I could go to get this resolved or should I write them off?

Thanks,
Tom

Be aware Westone doesn't repair them they only exchange them which cost $200 if they not under warranty, replacement will have just 90 days warranty. I contacted them in May when my right earpiece stoped working. But i choose to pay $300 instead for brand new pair of Shure SE530 which sound much better
