So, as the title suggests, I am having problems with Bluetooth audio, youtube, and windows 11.

I just got a DX9, sounds amazing. Bluetooth works wonders on Plexamp and also video games. I am using A2DP Alternative Driver for Windows, and enabled LDAC. (I bought a license).

Only problem is randomly whenever I start a youtube video (sometimes it happens, sometimes not, its a 50/50 flip a coin chance), I get a loud screech in my ears and the bluetooth disconnects; whereby I need to manually reconnect the DX9 to my laptop.

Laptop is a Razer Blade 14 (2021).

I would uninstall your Bluetooth driver and try an older one. It's also possible that another driver could cause an issue... on my Asus Scar, a seemingly unrelated driver (Nvidia or wifi, can't remember), caused issues with my USB.

I have played with drivers and settings, to no avail.

It seems to be a common issue -.-

I have tried a set of Sennheiser HD 450BT, and that has no issues with Youtube. Even with the A2DP Alternative driver setting for AptX (the best it supports).

It seems to only be bluetooth going to my Topping DX9, with this computer. Other computers don't have the issue. Also it is fine over USB.

EDIT: About to give up and just stick with USB, which is less convenient... :/
