i found some for $20....in your opinion are they worth it for most iem's?

the ones that go over the nozzle? I guess it would depend on the person. I generally clean my IEMs if they been used heavily to prevent build up, as well as my ears. But, Shures sells them so I guess they could be worth it to some.
