Are you nuts- a Tag for $200 - maybe a Nigerian counterfeit - try 2 grand and up.

There are some Seiko chronographs for less. Seiko chronographs are generally reliable. 
 
There are many fashion brands, many of which aren't very reliable, and probably won't last so long.

You may be able to buy a Chinese Breitling style watch for around $200. I’m not talking about a fake Breitling watch but a similar looking watch.

Last year I bought a really nice Chinese watch that looked like the small simple Rolex Explorer watch for around $100. Not a Rolex fake but watch similar to that simple Rolex model and it’s fully automatic too which is a bonus. It’s actually pretty nice,
