I usually keep the built in realtek as the default audio device in windows and stream to the dac through wasapi as a non default device.
this way I have headphones connected to the laptop headphone out for movies watching and my music rig is seperated.
so I can actually stream both to the built in card and dac at the same time and keep the system's sounds in seperate channel.
Is it ok?
