How do I use WASAPI in foobar2000, for music listening with my Headphoney plugged in the back of m PC?

Hmm... if you mean you have headphones connected to one of the stereo line-out ports of your onboard sound (or sound card) then,
- install WASAPI component - https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_out_wasapi
- select WASAPI from foobar2k output options
- set WASAPI mode to be used
