Warranty on Goldring products

i bought a pair of GX200s here in france about 3 months ago... as you all now they break easily... so a couple weeks ago, they did just that... first i contacted the retailer: they said they wouldn't repair it... and i contacted goldring nearly 2 weeks ago without a response... from what i heard, they have 2 years warranty on all their stuff.... i'm getting really annoyed because it's the second pair of earphones i break in about 15 months.... as with my previous phones (CK7s), it was the cable that broke... if i can't get any warranty, i think i'm going to go for the RE2s as i heard they seemed pretty durable... if anybody can help me out, it would be nice...
