So I was thinking that I could save some money by buying a DAP (iRiver iHP-120 or 20gb 4G iPod) from a US website, and then have it shipped to Canada because all of the DAP's I have seen up here have too high a markup as compared to the US websites. I could save a good $50-$100 cdn by doing this.
What I'm wondering is whether or not the warranty and support would still be available to me even though I don't live in the country from which I bought the player. Does anyone have any experience or even speculation on this?
