I have the Sennheiser HD 650's and the Little Dot MKIII. Overall I couldn't be happier with the setup. However, in the past year or two, I've started to have a lot of trouble with treble and high-pitched noises. I don't think these originate from headphones specifically, I have some hearing issues that have led to a lot of treble bothering my ears. 
 
My question is: can someone recommend some good tubs for the LD MKIII that are softer on the treble, and might help my situation? I know the HD 650's are very neutral, so I don't think the cans themselves are an issue. I'm hoping perhaps some warmer tubes with less treble might help soften the issues I face.
