Hey Head-Fiers,

I'm thinking of investing in a DAC. Wanting to keep it in Dragonfly Cobalt price territory. The Cobalt looks great except it sounds a bit uptight for me. I love a wide soundstage and a more relaxed sound. Any suggestions? It doesn't really have to be portable, more transportable as I'd be going between work desk and home desk. I'm curious about the JDS Atom DAC+.

If weight isn't a concern I'd recommend the Ifi Zen Dac Signature v2 or for more flexible digital connectivity the Ifi Zen One Signature.
