So for a bit over a year now my setup has remained the same and am looking to either upgrade something or to add some variety with either more tubes or another pair of cans. I am thinking that since I don't want to spend much over $200 I will get more tubes unless someone can suggest a fun pair of cans with good bass for reggae, hip hop, and electronic stuff like clams casino and other mellow artists. If not a I will go and get 2 or 3 more tubes to cover a variety of genres, I love a great variety of stuff.

My Setup: pc > Shiit Modi > Project Solstice w/ JJ ECC82 tube > Senn HD 650

I appreciate any suggestions. When it comes to tubes I am rather uninformed on what will work with my amp and what would offer preferable changes for some of my music over my current tube.

Have you tried using Foorbar2000 w/WASAPI, for playing audio files?

I use MediaMonkey for my flac files is there some alternative of WASAPI for that or is it worth trying out Foobar2000 to try out the feature?

Configuring Media Monkey 4 To Use WASAPI To configure WASAPI Mode in Media Monkey 4, do the following:
1. (If you haven’t already) install and run Media Monkey 4.
2. Under the Tools menu, go to Options.
3. Under the Player category pick Output Plug-ins.
4. Click the radio button next to MediaMonkey WASAPI output.
5. Click Configure.
6. On the MediaMonkey WASAPI output plugin configure page… Select USB2.0 High-Speed True HD Audio as your output device (you may also select Default Device IF your Emotiva DAC is configured to be your Windows default output device). Check the box next to Exclusive Mode. Under Exclusive Mode select Automatic choice of format (per track).
7. Click Advanced.
8. On the Advanced screen... UNCHECK the box next to Event driven Exclusive mode (recommended). UNCHECK the box next to Event driven Shared mode (recommended).
9. Click OK three times to save your settings and exit.
