Basically, I've had my UM3X for a while, got it at a huge discount due to a pricing/stock issue(I paid about $360). Is there something in the $500 price range that would be a significant upgrade for me? Currently using a Fiio E17 DAC. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
One thing I did consider is Custom IEMs, but I'm not sure if I would be paying more for a fit(regular IEMs tend to fit my ears fine), versus paying more for quality. Like would FUSION 11 SILICONE $499 be an upgrade in sound quality vs my UM3X?
