Hi, I am a new to Head-Fi. I got a 1plus2 at the end of last year. This is real a amazing ear phone, but I wonder how to use to get its extreme capability. Thanks a lot.

Depending what source you're using an upgrade could be beneficial. An IEM like 1Plus2 will only be as good as the source feeding it. While they will sound great, no problem from an iPhone, they have the ability to scale up greatly from higher end sources, and this really comes down to your budget.
 
1) What source are you using for 1Plus2 at the moment?
 
2) How much could you spend on a source upgrade (budget)?
 
3) What file format are you using? ie: MP3, FLAC, etc...
