I'm digging the Omega Wallet. Checked out the Bellroy Note Sleeve and the quality and craftsmanship is good. The leather used is on the thick cowhide side and dimensions are large, so not exactly a "slim" wallet.

I put my wallet in my front pocket. So I need a very slim wallet. This is the best I found.
 

 
 
This is basically a card holder with 4 pockets. One outside pocket for frequently used card and the other for ID. That leaves two inside pockets for other cards like insurance etc. I don't put cash in the wallet because it will make it too thick. I used a money clip. The piece shown in the picture is a sliver clip made by the Hopi Indians. I loved Nevajo and Hopi jewelry. This combo worked for me for the last three years.

Vat19.com  they are out of this one and the black pearl which has carbon fiber in it.  I got it like 2 years ago when I use to wear skinny jeans so normal sized wallets was a no.

My Saddleback Card Case. Was originally Tobacco Brown (which is like a light yellowish) but two years of buttsweat changed that. I love it so much. Best wallet I've ever owned by far.

I have their previous project, the KeySquare. It's very nice quality. Only thing I'm not a fan of that wallet is that if you have a very small amount the wallet still has the same thickness. They look really sexy though!

StewardStand Thingy... I like it because it's thin, spiffy looking, and blocks RFID (tested it myself!) It's the thinnest RFID blocking one I found so far, hence my using it. (I put my wallet in my front pocket, always). 
 
Drawback: durability isn't the best (but not bad), and you have to be careful as the pockets can stretch when you put too many cards in it. Buy the leather covered ones, or you'll have major durability issues. Sticker goo does not come off the mesh- I found out the hard way when I put a luggage tracker barcode on mine.

I was recently given this wallet and am quite happy with it. It's made by Porter, a Japanese company best known for their upscale utilitarian bags. This model is made in Japan of "raw silk" according to their site and has button snaps.

Got my machine era wallet today.... only advantage my slim sleeve really has is you keep the money halved instead of quartered. Also important to note that the wallet that its being compared to in the picture is empty...... this wallet is thinner than my iphone with 4 cards and 5 bills.
