I have the opportunity to buy a Wadia X32 DAC for roughly 400usd. Would that be a good buy, considering how old that model?
Did anyone have a chance to compare this dac to other,newer ones, like benchmark, bel canto or aqvox?

any input is appreciated

reading around , 400-500$ seem its price ..
I expect it could compare with mid budget units , probably giving in a nice taste on what is the Wadia sound

well, i had the chance to get a listen of the dac in my system and found it to be definitly a notch or two over the redbook playback of my sony xb940 sacd player, so i bought it.

I've WT3200+X32 combo, they're still good sounding for me.
