Hi all!

What should the impedance settings be set to on the WA6 for:

AH-D7000s: 25 ohms
GS1000: 32 ohms

My choices on the WA6:
100-600 ohms
8-99 ohms

n00b question: Will more ohms make the sound louder/better always?

Thanks very much!

Whatever setting makes each phone sound the best to you.

Generally... however, you would want to set it on the "low impedance" setting for low impedance phones, such as yours... and on the "high impedance settings for phones with higher impedance, such as Senns.

^Does this amp have a switch for high and low impedance cans?

Yes, the WA6 has a switch. The WA6SE has two jacks.
